U-verse unavailable at this time
I have WiFi and internet but get the message on my tv that u-verse is unavailable. I called Support and they couldn’t find any issue but sent me a new receiver. I installed it—still no u-verse. I changed the HDMI cable—still not working. Hasn’t worked since July 12! How can I get help? I am extremely frustrated at this point.

Thé coaxial cable was connected to the receiver.

Ah. Check that the coax cable connected to that receiver is secure on both ends. Make sure the other box (the DVR) is plugged into power and has the appropriate lights on. Either it may have failed, it lost power, or the connection has gone bad on one end or other of the coax cable. If it's in the same room with the Gateway, you may want to replace the coax cable with an Ethernet cable (assuming the problem isn't power, or a bad DVR).

If you only have one box, it’s probably an ISB7500. That’s a DVR. And if that’s the replacement they sent you and Uverse doesn’t activate, then you have a failure in the coax path and Att should send a technician to fix it.
