Uverse remote aux code for Klipsch R-10B soundbar

Can't find the uverse silver remote code for the klipsch soundbar?  I've tried doing the auto search for both the home theater in a box and the amplifier, neither will locate it.   In addition I would like to change the volume button on the remote to the soundbar.  Anyone locate it yet?

The S-20 remote has a code for a klipsch soundbar under Audio Accessory.  The silver remote can not control it, there are no codes for soundbars for it.

Could try to have ATT Uverse Care send you an S-20, click the ATT Uverse Care link in my signature, send the PM, explain your needing an S-20 remote situation.

Include your name, account #, email address and a good phone # (land or cell) and time to contact you on.

Check the blue PM envelope, upper right on every page, for their reply. Good luck 😉

As Chris says, the new remote may be the best option. Or, the codes available may not work.

There was a Klipsch model that could be programmed for your current remote. I looked at the manual for your SB & find the instructions incomprehensable. You might call Klipsch for assistance.

If the Klipsch is returnable, you might try a ZVOX. It is programmable to many options tha will work with the u-verse remote.

To make the volume on the u-verse remote control the SB, you need a code & then program the remote - att/ok-955-aux-enter for ALWAYS aux or att/ok-955-enter to follow the mode button.

If you use the second program. you can -

Set STB volume to 15 as it apears on he TV screen.

Set TV volume to comfortable level

Set SB volume to comfortable level

While watching TV in att mode you will vary the STB level & appreciate the change coming from the TV or SB, whichever is producing the sound.

The new model u-verse remote is supposed to have more SB codes & be easier to set for volume control.

Or, you could get a different remote - Logitech Harmony or RCA - http://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=RCRP05BR

Hi @ebahnsen

Just checking up on your post. The ACEs had some great recommendations to help with this communication issue but, if the remote control still doesn't want to pair with the soundbar then send us a response to the Private Message that we sent to your Forum inbox and we'll help you with a replacement as they described.
