Uverse not fixed

Anyone else have a tech come out to fix one of their receivers and not only not fix it but break another one.

No, it was actually a new receiver he was trying to get to work. Tried a 2nd one he had in his truck, it didn't work. So was looking at the one we had connected in the bedroom and it stopped working while he was messing with it and he couldn't get it back to work. So out of 3 receivers, only one of ours is working now. Left with no resolution.
