Uverse equipment return not acknowledged...
I terminated my Uverse service and returned the equipment to FED EX on Aug 8. I have receipts. The RMA number is 146053723. The VIP 2500 and accessories was returned to Rialto, CA and the VIP 2250 was returned to Phoenix. The reference numbers are 13148927 and 13148928 respectively.
I am getting frequent automated calls telling me to return the equipment with instructions to call 18442871856 which I have done at least 5 times. There is never anyone available so I have asked for a call back 4 times - never happens. I have left a message with above info - no effect.
i also called Uverse support at 800 288 2020. The person was very nice, took the info above and entered it into her log. She assured me everything would be fine. It's not.
I want to get this resolved before I start getting billed for this equipment.
