Uverse DVR receiver

I received the below error message everytime I restart my receiver and modem:    Account unavailable.  This Set Top Box does not match the account settings.  Restart Receiver.

What that message means is that the receiver checked in and AT&T's records say that it's not provisioned on the account for the Network Connection that it's attached to, i.e. either the receiver has been moved to another home with a different AT&T account or the receiver has been removed from the account that it was previously on.

Whichever it is, you'll need to talk to AT&T Customer Service.  I'd suggest you call 800-288-2020.
