UVerse DVR randomly deleting recordings
Within the last week, our Uverse DVR has suddenly started deleting random recording. Date isn't a factor, Fullness of hard drive isn't a factor. Programs recorded months ago are there, but things recorded a few days ago are gone.
Reading past forum entries I made sure no one is coming in via the APP, no one is using other boxes in the house.
Thoughts?

We know this can be frustrating and you have covered the most common reasons recordings may be deleted.
Check out our missing recordings help article, it has a couple of things you didn't mention and if you continue to experience issues, our Troubleshoot and Resolve tool can help you determine if a technician or a replacement DVR may be needed to fully resolve and that tool can even set those up for you.
