Uverse downgrade

It is so sad that I can’t do anything in an old lady to get help with changing my U-verse service..something simple probably to do..instead of asking me what I wanted.. I was given 300 channels.. I have tried everything for help

You called in to lower your monthly bill?

Your tv channel package was changed to meet the request of a lower bill?

Package upgrades you can do yourself, to lower your package need to call.

I called the number they showed me..and the lady said they weren’t just att..offered me Comcast/xfinity cable and internet $110…I don’t want that.. I love my internet..somebody upgraded the U-verse from 100 to 300 channels last month..without talking to me..just spending my money..

 I am so tired

I have a 2 phones $184..watch/phone data new $40..and U-verse and internet $250

everything works perfect..excellence.. I just don’t need certain things anymore.. I do not work anymore ..and none the stuff y’all have told me do is on my brand new IPhone or on the tv..

That is suspect.  AT&T Customer Service number is 1-800-288-2020.  Say "cancel" when prompted.  There's a good chance that they will try to talk you out of cancelling or try to upsell with other products.  Stand your ground.
