i am on a company owned boat they have probably 30 boats they get very irrated when we call for such miniscule problems nor will they provide there info whiuch i agree with and completely understand this is not there issue the account was active and working an hour ago someone hit something on either the remote or box now this box is acting like iam trying to activate new account asking id num or email acct that i cannot get why wont it just reconize the card or reciever and turn it back on i check with ba couple of other capt earlier and theres was working fine ifn i call the officer monday with this they are alreaDY discussing taking this unnecessary privlige away i dont want this to happen

I’m going to be nice and repost the original content with edits so no one else will have to attempt to understand it (and I like a challenge).

I am on a company owned boat.  They have probably 30 boats.  They get very irritated when we call for such minuscule problems nor will they provide their information which I agree with and completely understand.   This is not their issue.  

The account was active and working an hour ago. Someone hit something on either the remote or box.  Now this box is acting like I’m trying to activate a new account asking for an ID number or email account that I cannot get.  Why won’t it just recognize the card or receiver and turn it back on?  

I have checked with a couple of other captains earlier and theirs are working fine.  I will call the office Monday with this.  They are already discussing taking this unnecessary privilege away.  I don’t want this to happen.
