Unable to Record via DVR

My roommate and I have programmed the DVR to record a series. However, it won't record. What are the trouble shooting techniques to fix this issue?

I was able to fix it by doing the recovery disaster method. I also unplugged the outlet and rechecked the connections. It worked.

How did you program it?

What is your zip code, the program name, date & time.

There is really nothing you can do to fix it.

There is att employee that can use the detailed info to look at it & ususally get it fixed.
