Transferring recorded programs from old set top receiver/dvr to replacement isb7500 unit.

Old Motorola set top box is being replaced by ISB7500 unit. I would like to know I there is a way to send/copy-paste, pull hard drives and manually copy files from old to knew so I can continue viewing them on the new STB.
