Tardy installer - unnecessary hole in our wall

I called att on the day of my installation appointment because the installer was an hour late and I ha not received any notice via phone or email. The phone representative did not have any information to provide other than the installater should have notified me prior. The installer arrived about 1.5 hr late and was in a hurry and I believe in his haste did not take the time to make sure he drilled the hole in the right place. He had explained he had to drill one hole. I walked away and returned to TWO holes in the wall. I asked why there were two his response was no there is only one- WHAT!?! I called over my sister while the tech was outside and asked her to look. She confirmed I was not going crazy and there was more than one hole and he drilled both. She went outside and asked the installer about the second hole he admitted to it then said he’d patch it. I dont know what possessed him to lie right to my face butt it was insulting and just such an uncomfortable position to be in in my own home.
