Settle past due balance
I need to settle a past due balance but don't have a lot of money. I still have all equipment but the store would not take it back to bring down bill owed. Please help i want to settle this so it stops impacting my credit . thank you.

You cannot return equipment to a store. It must be sent back via UPS or FedEx.
If this is for a closed account and it has been more than 90 days, you cannot return the equipment and the debt remains.
If the debt has been sold to a collection agency, contact the collection agency to attempt a settlement.
