Returning a spare tv receiver
My wireless tv receiver won’t power up after electrical storm. I want to return, not replace. It’s on a second tv. My main receiver still works. How do I return?

You can contact 800.288.2020 and allow Support to troubleshoot. If unsuccessful, they should offer to send a replacement STB for self-install.

The reason I asked in this forum is because the service number is on hold constantly, then disconnects. Even the live chat box got disconnected . The box is dead after a lightning storm. Just want to get rid of and not replace.

Take it to ups or fedex with your account number they will scan it box it for no charge to you.
