Hey @Dopey10400! We'd be happy to help with your TV service.
The red X error on the screen can typically be fixed by restarting your receiver. Press and hold the Power button for 10 seconds. This takes 5-8 minutes and will impact any DVR recordings in progress. Since you have more than one receiver, we'd also recommend rebooting your gateway by unplugging it from the power source. Wait a few minutes, then plug it back in.
Let us know if these steps help.

I've got the same issue. I've rebooted the DVR. I've rebooted the gateway. I've even did a disaster recovery reboot of the PACE DVR. Still nothing. How can I get this thing replaced??

We can help you replace your DVR, mgescuro.
We'll be sending you a Direct Message to get started. Just look for the chat icon next to the bell icon in the upper right corner of the page.

Call CS and explain the situation. You will be sent a replacement DVR for a self-install. You have 21 days to return the old one. You will lose your recordings but not your schedule.
