Property Damage - Sedgwick Unresponsive
A third party sliced my water main when they bored and ran fiber through my front yard and down the street. The slice in my water line resulted in a catastrophic failure, repair bill, and big water bill. At the time of the incident I had UVerse 300 and Internet. I now only use AT&T Internet Service.
I filed a claim and emailed Sedgwick the information they requested...reports and pictures from the repair company, along with the invoice. Sedgwick has not returned any of my emails for updates since I sent them this information. When I call, if I get a person, I get the runaround. I leave messages, but still no return call or email from Sedgwick. It seems like they are dragging this out until the the legal grace period for paying me back expires.
AT&T tells me to call Sedgwick. There has to be someone at AT&T that can get Sedgwick to pay attention to claim. Should I file another claim? Any helpful tips are welcome!
