Power button doesn't work on remote
All of a sudden after a forced system restart, my Power button on my S10-S3 remote doesn't power off the receiver/dvr. I have to use Power button on receiver to turn it off. I have done a couple system restarts and replaced the batteries in the remote. The AT&T button on top row is selected. All the other remote functions (OK to turn receiver on, Guide, Info, Last channel, etc.) all work fine; so I'm not sure what is the problem. Does AT&T replace remotes "free"?

Yes. Call and ask for a free replacement.

While new remote didn't solve problem!! I still cannot power off receiver without having to get up and press power button on it. Very frustrating!!

Having same isssue. Power button stopped working. Batteries are fine. Can power up TV with TV remote but Uverse functions including DVR no accessible.
Reciever green light is on, other functions of the remote work (volume up and down) but no guide or DVR. Very frustrating.
