We can help you find out what's going on with your service, Clearlyus.

To find out if you're experiencing an outage, sign in to the service outage information page. You'll get the latest information about any outages that may be affecting your service, and you can sign up for text alert updates.

We also recommend that you visit our Community Tips & Solutions page for more information on tracking an outage and to learn what to do when your service isn't working.

If there's no outage, but your service isn't working, you'll want to use the Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool on U-verse TV to diagnose and fix service and connectivity issues.

  1. Press Menu on the U-verse Remote Control.
  2. Scroll down to Help, then press OK.
  3. Select Information.
  4. Scroll to Troubleshoot & Resolve, then press OK.
  5. Select the service you want to troubleshoot and allow the interactive diagnostic test to run and complete.
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions to resolve. Other options may include dispatching a technician or speaking to a Customer Care agent.

If you need help with anything else, we'll be here.

On the internet box on the back of my television there is a green light for power and a blinking green light for Wi-Fi and a red light going from broadband one to broadband to but I cannot connect to the internet with my television even though it says that I'm connected but I'm not connected it'll say connected with good reception but then it'll immediately go to not connected.

@Bonniebleau , you might want to start your own thread on your problem which doesn't seem all that related to the original post, and, when you do, please add some punctuation: I cannot tell where one thing stops and another starts without some commas and periods.
