On going U Verse Service Issues
Issue with main box on Gessner in Houston. Impacts *** Longmont Drive in Houston 77063. Six call outs this month. Technicians say the box is a mess and needs to be replaced with fiber optics. If this is not resolved we will go to Arbitration for Theft.
