new receiver, error message "AT&T U-verse TV is not available at this time...

Swapped out a wired receiver (one of 3). Now get this error message. Only option is to "restart receiver" which restarts receiver but comes back to this screen. Have rebooted receiver and home gateway multiple times. FWIW other tvs are working fine.... Internet works fine. (Also ATT). on the receiver I have the power light and the blue HD light on. The green link light is off...

And that is why you are getting the message…

The receiver is not connected to the gateway… no link light on.

As state wired receiver, coax or Ethernet?

If coax connection is to the jack that says wall, not tv?
