Need replacement power cord for DVR
I have been trying to get through to someone (anyone!) in order to get a replacement power cord for my DVR receiver as it seems to be the reason my DVR has blinking/pulsing lights and will not work. I have been unable to reach technical support online (chat bot says no agents available, please try again later), via phone (been on hold for hours multiple times now, only to be abruptly told there are no representatives available and I should try another time), or on social media. Help!
I understand long wait times because of limited staff, but this is ridiculous. There has been NO technical support whatsoever, and people who are still paying for service are only growing more and more frustrated by this treatment!
