main cable box blinking. Tells me go go to MyATT for help. Done. Still blinking.

My main uverse box is blinking.  Tried unplugging, reset it, unplugged modem etc.  Fortunately my other tv's are finally up and running.  However since the brand new main box is blinking (could be downloading something.  Saw a sprocket on the screen then it goes to "go online and check at MyATT."    This means my recordings are not coming up.  Any advice or should I just call again.  They were out here last week and got the main box replaced and all worked great!  Now the main box is not looking so good

We can help you figure out what's causing your receiver lights to blink, gaymarie.

 

Start by running diagnostics with the Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool on U-verse TV.

 

Just follow these steps:

  1. Press Menu on the U-verse Remote Control.   
  2. Scroll down to Help, then press OK.   
  3. Select Information.
  4. Scroll to Troubleshoot & Resolve, then press OK.   
  5. Select the service you want to troubleshoot and allow the interactive diagnostic test to run and complete.   
  6. Follow the onscreen instructions to resolve. Other options may include dispatching a technician or speaking to a Customer Care agent.
