Lost with Error Code 775 during Icy Memphis Weather

Good evening DirectTV community,

     Our television has been out starting at 5 am this morning since freezing rain has hit the Memphis area. Usually when we have weather like this, there may be a little disruption(tv programming going in and out for an hour) but it does not last all day. I believe our satellite dish is frozen and not communicating with our receiver(Taking a guess, haven't looked up there yet). Is there anything we can do to get programming restored? Is there anywhere we can go to get updates on the issue? Must we wait until the satellite is free of ice before we see the television again? I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing this issue, this is a first as this is not our first or second or third ice storm. We have had snow before and the tv still worked. Our Wifi is working so we can access our DVR List, but can not watch live television. This time I am stumped, thanks in advance for any help. --SP
