The tech was not informative. He did give set up both TVs and gave me the account number he used and told me I could personalize it. So I did.  The 2nd TV is the weird one, so I go to the U-verse tv app and I can’t login. So I go through all the steps to change my password and then it tells me my my login name is wrong, I got on the phone and the person took me back to the very beginning with the U-verse ID and it didn’t work! Now my Samsung in the bedroom is having a conflict with the remote. If the U-verse app worked I thought maybe I could solve the problems with that.
