Installer broke my irrigation line and I'm not even a customer.
I am not an ATT customer and had the installer break my irrigation line. When I called ATT to report it. I received a number that att now said they cannot recognize and Sedgewick will not call back. I need to shut down my irrigation system and cannot do so until this line is repaired. My (Edited per community guidelines) is advising me to pay for it and they will get involved to get rectified. Someone needs to make contact. It has been over a month and no word or returned phone calls/emails. This is ridiculous!
