how to unzoom guide

my guide is zoomed in and also when fast forwarding am unable to read, how can I fix this? I have rebooted several times with no change, the zoom button on the remote has no option to zoom or change. I've checked my TV and it is set where it's supposed to be. My other TV has no problems. Suggestions?
