How Do I get Uverse TV on my Block

I have filled out countless forms requesting a site survey. No one has reached out to me. I've spoken to countless reps via chat and over the phone that have given me conflicting information. I have ATT TV. NOT a fan. I prefer Uverse. I did have it at one time and had no problems. Unfortunately I moved. I know that there are several homes in my neighborhood that have Uverse. How Do I get someone out here to do a site survey? I know that I'm in the footprint for availability. My ISP is horrible. I would like to have one provider for my cable and internet needs. No, I do not want DirecTV. I just got a house and refuse to have a satellite dish on my roof. That seems to be an eye sore from my point of view. Can Someone please point me in the right direction?
