Has anyone else experienced a red X on their main TV

So I do all the troubleshooting and still when I turn on and reset the main receiver in my home I get a red X in the middle of the screen.  The other TV's work but they can't get a list of the DVR programs.  This has been going on for a few days, just finally got a chance to try and figure it out. 

The website shows no outages, but the rep tells me there is an outage with no known resolution.  

Anyone else have this issue or have any ideas?

Hello @jlwhalen 

Please refer to the following link. Step 3 is the important part, but ensure you have a hardwired connection to the gateway, preferably Ethernet.  
Might not be a bad idea to reboot the gateway first.
