Gateway broadband 2 light red

Broadband 2 light has been blinking red for several weeks.  Rebooted gateway several times.  Uverse viewing is pixalated and freezes frequently.  Is this an equipment issue?

It's likely an issue with your second pair.  You need to get a technician to look at it.  Either use the Troubleshoot and Resolve tool (at ufix.att.com, or in the myAT&T or Smart Home Manager apps) to have it discover the issue and set up the appointment, or call 800-288-2020 and schedule the appointment through them.

Tried troubleshooting and as you stated this required a technician.  So that advice was good.  But 3 calls and 1 technician and issue still not resolved.  In fact after technician "fixed" 2nd line, the uverse signal was horrible and the internet started losing signal. At that point we just switched to our antenna to watch TV.  The signal dropped at least 3 times in 45 minutes and each time waited 3-5 minutes for connection to reestablish.   One more technician appt scheduled.
