Fee for a replacement receiver

I have Uverse and recently received a replacement receiver.  Now I am being charged a $10 receiver fee monthly.  Does anyone know why?  I never paid a fee before.

How many receivers do you have on your account?  The receiver fee for one receiver (the DVR) is included, each additional should be $10/month.

You may have had a promo that did not include the receiver fee or maybe you were grandfathered in.

Either way, ordering new equipment triggered the $10 equipment fee that we all pay.

I'd definitely call billing at 800-288-2020. Replacement receivers shouldn't trigger any fees, unless you fail to send the old one back in time.

I'm grandfathered in to two free receivers. I had to send one back a few months ago and I still get them free.

I got the same fee. The old receiver was slow and not working properly.

Nobody

Nobody told me on the phone that I will be charged for the new receiver.

Just canceled the Uverse

Out dated

the price increased

And now this $10

Also as I understand att was trying to move their focus to direct tv, Rather than uverse.

I resisted not to cancel because I am using their internet and tv bundle.

Right now my DSL internet will go UP $20 but still, that

$55 internet

Youtube TV

$15 HBOMAX

still cheaper than ATT uverse and DSL internet pack. How about this?
