On a Arris wireless box cannot access Troubleshooting and resolve from the Help menu. Error message kx: failed to load resource web exception: the remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden

Apparently a server at your local VHO is having an issue.  You could wait to see if it resolves itself, or you can call 800-288-2020 and explain what is happening to someone who will not have a clue.

Maybe ATTHelp can offer some assistance (though I'm predicting their answer will be a lot like the telephone CSRs).

Thanks, I have been getting this error for several months ever since I changed from a Cisco box to the Arris box.

I'm having intermittent sound that randomly stops the audio. I can get the audio back by changing channels several times.
