Email address for loyalty and billing department supervisor
I paid my account early and was assured that my auto-pay for that month would be cancelled. It wasn't and I was double billed Then when I made a payment I was informed that it went to the wrong account (something about u verse and direct tv bills are separate. I was assured that would be resolved and that a credit would be applied to my account. After numbers hours on the phone and in chat the credit still hasn't been applied to my account as promised by the Loyalty department.
I have all of this documented but no one will credit my account as promised.
