ATT property damage, but Sedgewick won't respond

On August 19, an AT&T technician was driving through my alley with a cherry picker truck. Making a turn, the cherry picker caught my fence, pulled it out of its mooring, dislodged a few slats and damaged the wood. I got his name and number and that of his supervisor, Melissa [edited for privacy-please do not post personal or unique information such as but not limited to full names, employee ID numbers, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, etc.]. After going back and forth with her, she said she filed a claim. She couldn't give me a claim number, but told me to contact Sedgewick. I have now placed numerous voicemails, as no matter what time or day of the week I call I always get a voicemailbox for them. I suppose I should not be shocked that AT&T would use such a shady operation for it's damages, but I'd like to give them a chance to make it right [Per Guidelines:  Keep it Relevant and Appropriate].
