ATT (Edited per community guidelines)

Once again for the 4th time my u-verse is out. I was blown off by the tech for repair now that have to reschedule. I wont have a repair til Tuesday which will mean my serrvice has been down for 6 days. I will be looking for other options as ATT rips you off for what you pay per month. They decent techs. They take my money but dont want to fix my service as fast as they take my money. I will be going to the media about this and will take it as far as I can. Its about time that these (Edited per community guidelines) conglomerates pay their customers.
