AT&T Arris TV STB
Mine broke so I had to wait a day for it to be shipped (I work from home), installed it myself and constantly have to unplug, reset, etc. for about 5 hours for it to work.
I'm now being asked to return or I will be fined. If you haven't been paying attention there is a pandemic and will return at my convenience. You are more than welcome to pick up the broken piece of equipment. You guys try and force us to look for answers instead of paying people to get the issue quickly resolved.
