AT&T Arris TV STB

Mine broke so I had to wait a day for it to be shipped (I work from home), installed it myself and constantly have to unplug, reset, etc. for about 5 hours for it to work.

I'm now being asked to return or I will be fined. If you haven't been paying attention there is a pandemic and will return at my convenience. You are more than welcome to pick up the broken piece of equipment. You guys try and force us to look for answers instead of paying people to get the issue quickly resolved.

You have 21 days to return equipment. After that you are charged but if you return it within 90 days the charge will be removed.

This is listed in the Terms of Service.

The government is releasing a 2 trillion dollar stimulus package and AT&T wants me to go outside drive to a UPS when governors are asking people not to go out. I guess AT&T will go bankrupt if they don't get back their $20 piece of equipment.
