Account unavailable error message

About 2 hours ago I turned on my receiver to watch TV and I was not getting a picture on any of the channels, it was just a black screen.

My other 2 receivers are working as normal so I power cycled the faulty box and now I am getting the error message:


Account unavailable

This Set Top Box does not match the account settings.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
