Account Unavailable after update

When I turned on my TV & Receiver this morning, I got a prompt about Update system, after I pressed OK to update system, the receiver updated but now says Account unavailable. This Set Top Box does not match the account settings.

I already did the following:

pressed OK to restart receiver (didn't work)

pressed and held power button for 10 secs (didn't work)

resarted the modem downstairs (didn't work)

unplugged the power cord from back of receiver for 10 secs, plugged in and unplugged when 3 dots shown on screen (did that 2 more times) (didn't work)

I don't want to have someone come out since ATT did away with their service fee so they charge to come out now

oh and the receiver has been working fine before today

Call 800-288-2020. They can send a replacement receiver at no cost. Send the old back ASAP.

Keep in mind if this is your dvr you will lose all recordings
