UVERSE APP REMOTE CONTROL FEATURE DOESNT WORK

U-verse app remote control features are not working fully. It says "Expired" when I select play. What gives?? Instead, I have to scroll through 20 PAGES of recordings to get to the end of the alphabet. If the recordings guide permitted me to go from Z to A, we wouldn't have that big a problem. This (Edited per community guidelines)!!!

I apologize about the issues you are having with the mobile app. Hopefully, the following steps will help get it connected once agian:

 

  • Try to uninstall/reinstall the app.
  • Make sure you are on the latest IOS
  • Make sure you are connected to your U-verse wireless connection, you may want to try to disconnect/connect again.

hello. I’ve noticed that Expired message in the app when trying to watch a (Edited per community guidelines) too, so appears to be an app issue. You’ll have better luck putting in a review in the appropriate App Store. Devs don’t read these forums.
