Series priority. 2.1.2295.10?

Does series priority exist in 2.1.2295.10? Looking around the web it looks like it used to exist at one time but I can't say I've ever seen it on my DVR. Am I missing something? When I go to the series list there is no way to move the series up or down. My priority is purely alphabetical. Any input is greatly appreciated.

Thanks everyone!
Chris called me yesterday and we discussed the issue. He worked on it today and then sent me a new software download sometime today. Once I restarted the receiver this evening the series priority was there.
My wife is now happy (for at least a couple minutes!)
I really appreciate all the help!

Yes:  RECORDED TV  --> Series --> Series Priority

I've checked there, and it just isn't there... I don't know if I have to enable it somewhere. Instead of "Recorded TV" mine says "Recordings". I wonder if that makes a difference? Under Recordings is Series, and under there is the alphabetical list of series and that's it.

1.  Press the RECORDED TV button on your remote

 

2.  Press the right arrow key to move to Series from the menu

 

3.  The first item listed on the screen should be Series priority

 

This feature in not something that you need to enable.  If for some reason you do not see this, unplug your U-verse box for 30 second and then plug it back in.  Once the box reboots, try the steps again.

I tried unplugging the DVR for over an hour, still no option. When I press the Recorded TV button my options are " By date, By title, Recording Space, Add Recording, Scheduled , Series". When I arrow right to the series tab, underneath I have 15 series and then each listed alphabetically. I can arrow up and down to select any of the 15 series. If I select a series I can view which episodes I've recorded, which are scheduled and settings for the series. Under settings I can cancel, change settings or erase recordings. Absolutely nothing about priorities.
Under system information it has TV2 client version 2.1.2295.10 (release) Win CE 5.0.1400, bootstrap ROM 1.1010, Cisco IPN4320-SG-A/297, ,UI 5.4.4,
Under listings info it has Data Version 1287, channel map .CHTNSC_Default, Original FileName: ListingSystemFile , Client Polling : False,
under THDVR info. It has local scheduled-recording version 3545 and latest scheduled-recording version: 3545,, recorded TV version:1033, recorded TV state: 0x7-0x1ff

Under the Series menu, you don't see a Series priority submenu item before the listing of the series recordings begin?

 

If you don't see that, I have no idea why you do not.  I would suggest that you call Technical Support at the number shown in my signature.

Do you have the ipn4320? I'm currently being told that's no longer an option ...sounds like a lame excuse for not knowing what's going on.

No, I have Motorola boxes.  The series priority option has not been removed.

One of the Techs I spoke with said it has never existed the other said Cisco removed the feature after he first said it never existed. The second guy said they have a cisco box and it wasn't on their box either. He was confused to what it was even supposed to be.

I doubt that the feature has been removed from Cisco boxes.  The same software is run on both the Motorola and Cisco boxes.  I have seen no other messages posted about this featuring being missing.

 

Since you have not been able to get this resolved calling AT&T, send a PM to Alex who is an AT&T Community Manager on this forum.

Thanks I'll try that. I even tried their online chat and sent a link to a video that shows the series priority feature and a link to a webpage which writes about it and I was told no one knows anything about it.
