Recordings list is unavailable

I continue to get the recordings list is unavailable.  I have rebooted box and that did not work so then rebooted gateway and that did not work either.  

 

Can an you give me any other guidance.  Just switched to unverse last week and was working until this afternoon.

Did you reboot the gateway and waited until it fully reboot and then reboot the dvr, i.e., in that order?

Yes, I did.?? I succumbed to calling technical support, and I have now
learned that you have to do all this from the main box.?? I had been
rebooting from the box in my bedroom and that did not work! Thanks for
following up!
