Rebooting the Residential Gateway
I've had U-Verse TV, Internet and Voice for several years. Does rebooting the TV receiver and the Residential Gateway around every month do anything positive to the system. I was told by a technician that rebooting the two every month or so removes errors and keeps the equipment operating efficiently. I haven't had any problems with the equipment and I'm told by doing this I get all the software updates earlier than normal.
