One device unable to connect to Uverse system.

I have one wired tv with uverse DVR in living room displaying message Uverse is not available at this time. Please try again later. I have wireless connection via laptop and wireless tv in another room and wired connection to desk top directly connected to router. I have blinking green and amber light on back of DVR on tv that is not working. I have performed DVR restart as well as complete system restart multiple times with same results. All work fine but one wired tv in living room. Any suggestions?

Equipment dies. Call CS. If they determine that you need to replace the DVR, a new one will be sent for a self-install. You have 21 days to return the bad one via UPS or FedEx. Be warned, you will lose your recordings but not your scheduling.
