Interference from Polk Soundbar

I recently purchased a Polk Sound Bar with wireless subwoofer and surround speakers. When I hook them up my tv with wireless receiver freezes up. I have 2 receivers close and both of them do the same thing. Can someone help?

You'll want to run diagnostics on your U-verse service to make sure that everything is functioning as it should be on the AT&T side. You can use the Troubleshoot & Resolve Tool for that - just sign in and follow the steps. You should also reach out to the manufacturer of the soundbar to see what they suggest, since it sounds like the issue was caused by the soundbar itself.

Some people have said that I should change the channel on my router. Does this sound like a solution? Others have said to turn off 5G and this might solve the problem. If either one sounds like a solution could you advise how to do that.
