Bravo shows not recording
This was a widespread problem last summer...took a long time to fix...we were first told to replace our dvr...that didn’t fix it...then we were told it was contract negotiations...that wasn’t it...then it was storm damages...and on.
One day it started working without any explanation of what happened.
Now it is happening again. You go to play a recording, and it finishes midway thru, or you go to play it back and it say “finished” without playing anything.
Mind you, I am in a different house with different equipment from last year when the exact same thing happed.
Was out over 6 weeks last time... will not continue to pay for services I am not receiving.
Your tech support is worthless...you get someone in India that can only follow the script they’re given, and when you ask to speak to someone in the US, you are put on hold forever and then disconnected before speaking to anyone.
You have zero respect for your customers
