AT&T Uverse Account Unavailable Client Has Been Disabled
We were watching an on demand "pay" movie when the tv gave the following error:
Account Unavailable
Client Has Been Disabled
We have restarted the Gateway, the receiver, and router....unplugged everything. The tv with the main receiver is locked out the the error message above, but the other tvs in our home are able to get regular programming.
Please advise asap.

We have also learned that our AT&T regular programming does not work. It will come on for about 30 seconds and then drops.
This is totally unacceptable and must be fixed immediately.
