ATT Gave Me Wrong Order, No Cable

So after spending an hour on the phone with customer service, and her finally listening to me saying the cable boxes are broken due to a power surge. She then places an order, but no cable boxes. A new modem/router. Not what I needed. Now, customer services lines are too busy, no email addresses to find online solutions, the APP is as useful as a broken condom, and no live chatting or call back options.

ATT, I need A new DVR and wireless receiver. My modem/router is fine. Without the boxes I have no TV.
