Watch ESPN - Internal Protocol Error

Error details

An error occurred fulfulling the current request to 
This error was caused by an internal/unexpected error on the invoked protocol module leading to the exception displayed below. 
Please validate configuration of the executing protocol and environment. 
This is not a problem with the SPS. 


I've been attempting to connect to ESPN via my mobile, iPad, and my computer, but continue to get the above error. I've deleted the apps, signed out of the TV provider, power cycled, downloaded the app again and signed in to no avail. Nick Jr will not work either. 


I've created a sub-account and tried signing in that way, but i get the same error. Occasionally, i will get logged in and then receive the error: User not authorized. I have the U200 plan with 25MB internet. I also have AT&T cell service with unlimited data.

We'll do our best to help!


One simple thing you can do that we've seen help other customers with this error message is to reset your account password.


It basically refreshes everything for you. After you reset the password, reset your router and your receiver (in that order).
