Verifying Watch TCM, get error code

Hello, I keep getting an error code when I put in the activation for Watch TCM:


An error has occurred 


Error details

An error occurred fulfulling the current request to 
This error was caused by an internal/unexpected error on the invoked protocol module leading to the exception displayed below. 
Please validate configuration of the executing protocol and environment. 
This is not a problem with the SPS.

Can you give us a bit more info on how you are trying to access the 3rd party Watch TCM app?

  • Do other services work with your AT&T Subscription?
  • How are you trying to access the authentication page?
  • Have you tried another device to see if it happens on others too?

Some troubleshooting that we do with our apps that could help you with this one are:

  1. Uninstall/Reinstall the app
  2. Clear Cache/Cookies
  3. Resetting the password to resync the services


We would also recommend checking with TCM customer support pages to see if there is info about this happening that could help as well.
