Uverse app

I’m the app there is a way to be notified of new releases of a show. Example...Locked Up Abroad.  Instead of me recording the series and getting everything, I get a

message through the app saying a new episode is going to be on. Pretty neat, right?

The bad thing is it doesn’t work on any other show, even though the option is there to use it on any show. No one seems to listen to my comment in the review section of the app. Either deaf, not listening or can’t read English.

Can you give us more details about this so we can look into it? Which channel does the notification on? Do you get any type of message when you choose the notify option on different programs?

Does the one show you mention still send notifications?

The Notification feature is built into the app for U-verse. It is supposed to let you know when a new episode is coming on, for shows that have episodes. You are suppose to hit the button and it will highlight the button so that ones knows it is engaged. Now when the button is hit, it shuts down the app.
I’m not about to tell you how to get to that feature. You need to contact the developer and forward my complaint to them. If you are the developer, then shame on you for not knowing the product you represent.
