UVerse App Not Working Across Multiple Devices

I’m trying to watch live TV through the U-verse app.  Right now there are only a few channels working. Most channels either are blank with a spinning wheel or I get the error message “Request parameters invalid (US0102)”.  This is happening both on my iPad and on the Amazon Fire Stick U-verse app.  Anyone else seeing these issues?

We can help with that Uverse app issue, @twentw! There may be a few causes to this issue.

 

First of all, this may be an authentication problem. We’d first recommend logging out of the app on all devices, then logging back in. If that doesn’t resolve the problem, try deleting and reinstalling the app.

 

If that doesn’t work, we’d next recommend following all of the troubleshooting steps in this guide. In particular, there may be files on your device that were downloaded incorrectly or became corrupted. Clearing the caches on your devices may fix this issue.

 

Lastly: since this is only happening on certain channels, they may be channels that we don’t have the rights to stream via the Uverse app. These will vary based on your area. You may have to use a Uverse receiver to access those channels.

This issue resolved itself by the next day. I had already tried all the solutions suggested above. It was clearly an AT&T issue.
