U-Verse app gateway not found error

I moved recently and haven’t been able to log into the app with my original account. So I created a new one. I can log in just fine but unable to use the remote function. It says gateway cannot be found.

The problem may stem from not signing into the original online account. What message did you receive when you tried signing in?

@ATTHelp I am unable to sign in with original account. App tells me incorrect username/password but I know it works cause I use it to sign in to pay my bill online.
